Considering the SaaS and Cloud realm is still what I consider to be an emerging market, I don't think we can make this assessment.  Admittedly, I do use some small Cloud vendors today, but I've found that as they have grown their ability to service customer's declines greatly.  Ultimately creating an IT infrastructure issue like the IT department trying to support 50,000 users.  Admittedly this won't be all companies, but the future remains to be seen.
